There are two ways to apply for or renew your membership and pay for it:

Fill in the blanks with a pen and mail it with your check payable to:

2. If you prefer to complete your membership online, you start the two-part process by paying (Part One), after which you will be routed automatically to the page where you will send us your membership information by email (Part Two). Begin by clicking the drop-down menu button below and selecting whichever membership fee applies to you. Next, clicking the yellow "Add to Cart" button will take you to a secure PayPal page. After you've paid, you will be routed back to our website with instruction on how to email us the information we need to complete your membership.
