Vendor/Information Table Specifics:
The area for vendors and information tables will be co-located within the meeting’s room; for that reason all vendors must register for the ASNM Annual Meeting. Because the availability of space and display resources is limited, a total of 6 commercial vendors ($25 fee) and 6 nonprofit organizations (gratis) will be assigned a 6’x8’ space or table for sales or display, on a first-come first-served basis. Determination will be based on providing a balance of services/products as well as providing for the needs of ASNM affiliate organizations. Sales/displays will be open from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, April 26, 2019; and from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM on Saturday, April 27, 2019.
If you are interested in registering for a vendor/information table, please provide the following information by either email to William Hudson, [email protected], with “Vendor or Information Table Request” in the subject line; or printed out and sent via regular mail to: Grant County Archaeological Society, Attn: ASNM State Meeting Program Committee, PO Box 1713, Silver City, NM 88062. Whichever method is used, we must receive your request no later than APRIL 1, 2019.
